Simone Lafargue is the CEO, founder and one associate coach of Amaze Growth. She has more than 13 years experience in strategy and business coaching with a strong focus on growth strategies based on digital business models.

She has consulted multiple businesses, retailers, startups as well as agencies in their definition and long-term planning of a stringent growth strategy. Her personal WHY is to help organisations and individuals to develop a growth mindset and a new way of thinking leading to innovation and growth. In 2016, she has realised that consulting itself is not leading to an overall transformation within organisations. Therefore, next to consulting services the DNA of the organisation needs to be transformed in a progressive mindset. Otherwise organisations become consulting junkies. Prior to her activities as a coach and consultant, Simone held leading positions at Accenture and Strategy&.

Naomi Olofsson the CEO, founder and one associate coach of Amaze Growth. She brings a unique blend of 15+ years of experience as senior executive, mentor, business coach and entrepreneur to her coaching with business insight and professional expertise to her work. She supports organisations in developing their strategic vision and the skills required to meet challenging business objectives.

Known for bringing direct, honest and supportive challenges to those she works with, Naomi is a strong believer of engaging ‘hearts and minds’ within organisations. The success of these strategies creates the alignment and impact each employee and leader has for the organisations growth when implementing strategy and change.

This led to Naomi specialising in these fields and is one of the founders of Amaze Growth. As a result, Naomi has the unique opportunity to design and deliver development programs within Business Models, Organisation Design and Growth Mindset.

Naomi has worked on all sides of the client engagement including selling business, partnering with clients to design solutions, delivering the services and managing and forging on-going client relationships with industries ranging from financial services to e-commerce. She has consulted with and provided services to executives in Sweden and internationally.

Lea Kalbfell is an Associate Business Coach and studied Psychology (B.Sc.) with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at the Goethe University in Frankfurt a.M. Already during her studies she began to deal with positive psychology and its transfer to companies and organizations with great enthusiasm.

In particular, she was fascinated by the psychological capital according to Luthans et al. (2015), which can be developed in training and interventions and leads to significant effects.

She gained her first practical experience in this context during her participation in the DELTA project (Towards Digital Education with modern Learning Technologies), which is carried out in cooperation with the Goethe University and the Leibniz Institute for Educational Research and Evaluation. The aim of the project is to make the state of Hesse a pioneer in digital education. Through her work at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH, she was able to increasingly supplement this knowledge with a business and practical perspective and achieve initial success with this approach at small agencies and companies.

Lea speaks German, English and French.

Tim Kienzle studied strategy, leadership and change at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh (GBR). Since February 2020 he is part of the Accelerate Coach Team as Junior Consultant. His responsibilities include the support and implementation of consulting and business coaching services. In addition, he is responsible for project coordination and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Tim speaks fluent German and English.

Rasmus has 10+ years of experience as a strategic advisor in management consulting. He is specialized in corporate strategy and driving growth of organisations by working with executives and board members to meet challenging business objectives.

Rasmus has experience of defining and developing sales and vision strategies by bringing business insights and tools for implementation. Especially passionate about combining strategy with change management he is a strong optimist of driving long term results

Next to his activities as a consultant and strategic advisor, Rasmus sits on many boards and invests in selected startup companies by accompanying them in their growth.

Jakob is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Jakob Kalbfell is founder and managing director of a small sales & consulting firm for IT as well as a co-founder and member of the executive team for a non-profit organization. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the digital / IT sector and worked for various Start-Ups as well as large international corporations, in various roles and functions.

In addition to his years working for Google in different countries and roles in sales, business development and as a program head in strategic partnerships Europe for Android he engaged over the years in other industries such as Automotive, SAAS and Publishing. His academic studies resulted in a Bachelor degree at ESB Reutlingen Business School as well as a Masters from the CEMS program at IVEY in Canada and an MSc. at the Norwegian School of Economics. Jakob speaks German, English, French and Spanish.

Sven is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Sven Frohmüller is a systematic consultant and coach in organisation (DBVC). He has been coaching and consulting executives by supporting them during the implementation of HR strategies, process optimisations, the development of strategies as well as team building in order to achieve the next level of growth.

Next to his activities as a free coach and consultant, Sven was a educational and process consultant for executives: He accompanied them during their career track and gave advice for HR and organisational topics as well as operative topics and their sustainability at DAK-Gesundheit. Furthermore, he worked for the corporate development and the controlling as a staff position for the board. Sven is responsible for the management of several clinics in Baden-Württemberg.

Kerstin is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH. Kerstin Maier is a systemic consultant and coach in organisation (DBVC). She has been coaching and consulting executives for over 10 years and supports the implementation of HR strategies, process optimization, strategy development and team building to reach the next level of growth. Before working as a freelance coach and consultant, Kerstin was a strategy consultant at Accenture and a personnel and organizational developer at United Internet AG. Kerstin speaks fluent German and English.

Özden is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Özden Sevimli is a passionate leader, entrepreneur and brand/marketing expert with a high level of intrinsic motivation. She’s all about purpose- & value-oriented growth. Helping companies and brands to grow their value and helping individuals to live up to their potentials is what motivates her to excel.

She has over 10 years of experience as Brand Manager and Marketing Strategist in different industries, where she has grown brands and helped teams become more professional, strategic and efficient.

Özden is fluent in German, English and Turkish – y un poco de Español.

Bernhard is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Bernhard Tretter studied catholic theology and national economy and is now working as a consultant and business coach for organisations and leaders on issues like organisational development, leadership and team development, change management and sales.

Before he started to work as a freelancing consultant and coach he worked for 8 years as organisational consultant for companies in the social sector, for NGOs and various trade and sales companies (e.g. two years in Hong Kong). After this period he work first as a project manager and then as head of sales within debis Systemhaus and its follow-up organisations within Deutsche Telekom AG.

Arlette is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Arlette Kohler is a systemic consultant and works as consultant, business coach and mediator. For more than 10 years she has been consulting organizations and management internally as well als externally in transformation processes.

Prior to her activities as a free coach and consultant she managed the people and organizational development team with United Internet.

Arlette fluently speaks German, English and French.

Anna is a Network Business Coach at Amaze Growth Lab GmbH.

Anna Morosova works a professional Executive and Team coach with a strong business background, she works as a consultant for Leadership programs in Business School SKOLKOVO (Russia) and SEIBS (China and Switzerland). She is certified as “Group Dynamics Consultant” by IGO, London, HOGAN Assessment and The 360 Leadership Circle certified consultant, Advanced SCRUM Master and Agile Coach.

Anna is a professional finance as first education, has an Executive MBA “Strategic Management” and has a degree in Gestalt therapy and Psychoanalysis and psychoanalysis.

She is an author and trainer for coaches at the program “Coaching for business”. Before starting the coaching career, Anna has her own successful business experience: she was a leader for several successful transformational and crisis projects, managed the process of restructuring the division of a large international company.

Her hobby is yacht sailing – she is certified yacht skipper.

Cornelia Wiest

Cornelia Wiest is a graduated psychologist and a systemic coach in organizational development (IGST). She is coaching and consulting managers and entrepreneurs in strategic development, process efficiency, team development and change management.

Prior to her self-employment she was a graphic designer in an agency and worked for more than 16 years within the SAP SE mainly in the are personal- and organisational development. She worked close to the c-level as an internal consultant and coach.

Cornelia speaks fluently German and English.

Julia Ramminger is studying her Master of Science in International Management at the ESB Business School in Reutlingen.

Since July she has been part of the Amaze Growth/Accelerate Coach team as an Intern. Her responsibilities include the overall support in all areas of consulting, project management and coaching.

Julia is fluent in German and English and further has some knowledge in French and Spanish.
